• Free delivery on all orders over £50 in UK or €70 in Europe (limited time)
• Next Day express delivery available in UK only for £5.99 Monday to Friday. Please select next day delivery option at the check out and confirm your order by 11 AM UK time (Monday to Friday).
• Standard delivery charges:
• £3.99 for UK Mainland (2-3 business days)
• £6.99 for Europe (3-5 business days)
• £20.00 rest of the world (7-10 business days)

How do I return?

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

• They must be in original condition
• For clothing, unwashed and unworn
• In the original packaging
• with all labels and tags attached

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

• You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping which is £3.99 per return request for UK customers

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Returning from outside UK?

Customer returning orders from outside UK will be liable for any cost of posting.

Please use recorded delivery service where possible for peace of mind.
